"Television is teaching all the time. It does more education than the schools and all the institutions of higher learning." - Marshall McLuhan

Some people have comfort pets to combat anxiety - I have television. It’s a constant in my life. Not only do I work in the television industry by day, but I write about it at night; taking deep dives into fictional worlds and questionable characters en masse. For me it is the ultimate comfort, and while it’s exciting to see so much fantastic programming (both niche and broad) available to us today, it can also be a daunting task to decide what to watch (we’ve all spent longer scrolling through Netflix than actually watching anything). This is an outlet for my thoughts on some of these programs, and in turn a curated collection of sorts that might help others navigate the expanse of programming available in our current era of “Peak TV”.
